It’s very easy. Browse the video/course catalogue and simply add any course of interest to your cart and checkout. You’ll get instance access to the video and once viewed you can take the quiz to instantly receive your certificate.

How do I sign up for an account?
An account is automatically made for you after your first purchase from CE online or Collaborative Education. After the purchase you will be sent an email with your log-in information.

How do I receive your newsletter?
Just click HERE to sign up! And rest assured that we never sell or distribute your information to third parties.

How much do the videos cost?
Each video is individually priced in Canadian dollars. The price for each video is listed in the catalogue and in the individual course description.

How long do I have access to a video I purchase?
You can access the video for 2 years from date of purchase.

How many times may I watch a course?
You can watch a video as many times as you want within your 2-year access period.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Card & PayPal.

How many credits are the videos worth?
The specific credit approval for each course is listed in the individual course description.

British Columbia
All continuing education videos on CE Online qualify as Category C hours.

Pre-approval is not required for Naturopathic Continuing Education in Alberta. CE Online videos can count for Continued Education credits as long as it falls within the scope of practice in Alberta.

CE Online videos have received pre-approval from CONO (College of Naturopaths of Ontario) so therefore they are accepted by the Saskatchewan Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (SANP) as Category C credits.

The governing board accepts CE that has been approved by other licensing boards. CE Online videos qualify as Category B credits.

The College of Naturopaths of Ontario pre-approves Continuing Education as Category A credits and all CE online videos are approved for category A credit(s). Please read the individual course description to learn the specific credit approval for the video.

After purchasing, how do I view the video(s)?
The videos are viewed online from your computer after you log into your CE online account. After purchase you’ll be sent an email with detailed instructions on how to access your video(s). If it doesn’t appear in your inbox after a several minutes be sure to check your spam/junk folders. And just in case you don’t get the email here are the instructions:

1. Log in to your CE online account. You should have received your log in credentials in an email shortly after purchasing the videos.
2. Once you’re logged in your CE online account the only way to access your course is to hover your mouse over the member areas tab in the top left corner under the CE logo.
3. At that point a list of video categories will appear so just find the link to your video and click it to access your video lecture.
4. The courses can only be accessed through the member area tab & drop down menu
